Sidewards Bending:
Stand erect with the feet one meter apart and the palms open, and touching the sides of the thighs. Bend the upper part of the body above the waist left side, exhaling and sliding the palm down on the left side of the body. Touch the floor with the left palm without bending the knees. Keep looking up throughout. Come up inhaling. Stand erect and bend right side and following the same procedure. Ten counts each side alternately.
