This is a yoga class to strengthen and stretch the arms and shoulders. I hope you enjoy it!
Here is the routine for those of you who would like to follow along:
Cat and cow pose flow
Child pose and cow pose flow
Child pose side stretch
High pushup on knees and downdog on knees flow
High plank pose
Downward facing dog
High push up controlled lowering to Cobra pose twice
Standing side stretches
Forward bend with fingers interlaced behind the back
Low lunges with shoulder circles on both sides
Sun salutations into forward bend with binds
Dragon pose with backbend
Side planks both sides
Dragon pose with backbend other side
Low plank pose
Dolphin pose with leg lifts
Crow pose x2
Seated side stretch
Shoulder stretch arm across body
Shoulder rolls and neck rolls
On the back for eagle arms
Last rollout on the back knees together massaging low back
