My first Yoga for Beginners video. What did I learn from this? I’m better at cueing as I’m doing, and it slows me down. Also I’m too quiet! However, I had lots of fun making this for you.
Yoga is for all body types and ages.
These are simpler posrs, but if you can’t do them, modify, use props, or skip them. Please don’t injure yourself and continue when we get to a part you can do! 🙂
