  • Does the continuous stretching support lengthening the legs and arms to reach the back and rotate OR it is the flexibility which happens after period of time ???.

  • Each focus on his or her self. There is nothing then being comfortable with what the person have, body wise.

    As some practices to wear others character, bodies and traits; it just brings them chaos to their authentic being.

  • Please Kino is there a yoga pose for a fallen bladder? I always think about my pelvic floor but when doing poses for abdominals i feel there is a pressure on the pelvic floor, i dont know why

  • Oh my goodness! Trust was the first time I was able to lift my butt off the floor! I've never been able to and after watching this video and applying the instructions, I got my butt up off the floor with considerable less effort. Don't get be wrong, it was still challenging but encouraging. Turns out I've been doing it wrong the entire time. Thank you!
