cervical is upper part of spine due to less movement of neck can be result of your cervical pain and problem. the main reason behind it continues mobile or laptop using because when we use such things that time we have to make our eyes focus downward which gives more stress on cervical and gradually it becomes chronic pain. with the help of yoga we can cure it by practicing some asanas and kriyas. in this video we have talked about only 2 postures of movements one is kriya and second one is asana. 1. 2. Asana: Gowmukh asana or cow pose
