Do you experience dizziness? Practice yoga safely with this 10 minute yoga series (performed entirely in a supine position). If you are currently experiencing dizziness, or if your dizziness is easily triggered, this video is for you! Powered by a combination of physical therapy education, vestibular knowledge, and yoga training, this session is designed specifically with common dizzy triggers in mind.
In this 10 min session, we address breathing, posture, stretching & strengthening in a dizzy-friendly position. This is safe to perform if you have been diagnosed with BPPV, vestibular neuritis/labyrinthitis, Meniere’s, post concussion syndrome, or unilateral/bilateral vestibular hypofunction.

Your yoga instructor is Dr. Jess Klain PT, DPT. She has her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from University of Florida (2009) and extensive training in vestibular disorders and orthopedic conditions.
