This works!!! I've been having abnormal uterine bleeding an year ago after which I went to the doc and was put on birth control pills which did regulate my menstrual cycle a bit, but I'd always get really painful periods. So I decided to get off it and after that my periods have become really irregular. It's been 4 ish months since I last got my period, did this for past 3 days consecutively and got my period today 😱 Thank you Akshaya❤

I got my period back after 2 days doing this yoga. i havent had my periods for three months. I got frustated and started running just for 15 mins a day, avoid refined carb, try to sleep earlier than before around 11pm, and this magic yoga, thank you
