It is very useful. But i find it difficult to breath through one nostril (right side for me), which makes it impossi le for me to breath wothout noise I also get a feel of loss of breath when i do through the right nostril. What does it mean? I just started doing this yoga. Will it get corrected by doing regularly? Why does it happen in the first place.
Somebody please explain. Thanks.
I find it very difficult to hold the right hand gesture, would it be recommended to use any kind of tool to help? ex. a garter?
