  • Err… I think my understanding on relaxation, yoga and long, slow stretches is a little different from this. Random stuff that mostly has nothing to do with yoga (with constantly annoying one-two-three-four-five-six-seven-eight-nine-teeeen), sit-ups and lots of bouncing…
