Hey yogis, by popular request here’s a 30 minute yoga class for sore muscles! This sequence will go over some of my favorite yoga poses and stretches to do when I’m feeling very sore and stiff after a workout.
This is a wonderful sequence to do on your “rest” day to help your muscles recover. This is suitable for all levels of experience so enjoy 🙂
