I loved this stretch! Just what I needed for my sore arms and thighs. Relaxing pauses and could feel myself just drifting off.

Iβve always chosen a faster paced yoga for sore muscles, but I feel so relieved that I chose this slower one today. Really worked out hard the last few days and this was such a treat for my body, thank you!!
As a beginner, I love how long you hold the poses. It gives me a chance to make sure I am doing it right and then relaxing into the stretch. I also love that you appreciate the silence of yoga. I have been to classes that had way too much talking for me to relax. Thank you!
