We all may experience some back pain in our lives.
In this 30-minute flow, we work on how the spine can move to allow full mobility. Folds, backbends, side bends, and twists. These are the ways our spine should move and they are supported by our core.
Take the time you need to feel each posture, it’s ok if you’re a breath or two behind.
