  • Hey Adriene, just wunted to give you some feedback: I really adore you and your practises, but this one really didn't do it for me. I don't really know why, maybe it's because it was only 7 minutes so the poses were a bit rushed, (of course i dounderstand why it is that short,) but still, I'm actually at the same level of stress as when I started. Okay anyways, have I nice day, I bet the next practise will fit me better πŸ™‚

  • I'm completely new to this zen yoga world of meditation, and I actually really enjoyed doing this! I was fiscally laughing and it felt good! I always thought it would be quite stupid and make me fall asleep but actually quite happy now! I will starting to post on my instagram about meditation and yoga so more people will do it eventually! πŸ₯°
