This was a perfect choice to start my day. Yesterday I decided to do one of your practices every day from now on, and I already feel the change. i was really stressed about the upcoming project deadline and the fact that i cannot finish it. but after this practicee i just made myself tea, snack plate and now im smiling as if nothing happening
Did this practice as I finish up my quarantine, which was frustrating not being able to go to work but I am well and I am grateful for that. I think I exhaled all my bad thoughts and inhaled positive thoughts to move forward and control that which I can control. Thank you Adriene.
