  • Day 9 complete this was a great day. I didn't even notice when my sister and I disconnected. We were both in the zone with this one.

    This is just what I needed to warm up the body first thing in the morning and prep me up to face the day ahead. It was nice and gentle but still worked the core and spine. I particularly liked the plank to downward dog transition – made me feel so strong!
