In this 40 min yoga practice Lauren will guide you through a series of mindful movements, yoga postures and myofascial release techniques to help release tension in your shoulders and upper body. You will need a lacrosse ball (or any small firm ball you have at home, like a tennis ball) and a yoga block. You can also substitute the yoga block for a few hardcover books or a few folded up blankets.
