Welcome to this delicious restorative practice, rich with alignments and techniques that beautifully enhance the sensitivity of our practice forever! The practice starts in supine hip/groin releases before moving into deeper layered openings of the legs, groins and hips. The understandings of this supine work are then brought into another dimension – sitting poses. Working with the same attention to detail, helping us to understand how these key alignments link from pose to pose. The class culminates in final lengthening of the front spine, opening of the heart, stretching of the organic body cavities before ending in a guided Savasana with legs up against the wall for full inversion benefits.
