Yoga Pants and Plants
30 Days of compassionate yoga is an invitation to journey toward being in the present moment. An opportunity to emulate the way nature lives in the moment. Be like a plant, don’t worry how you look, notice how you sense and respond like the way a tree reaches for the sun or a source of water. Nourish yourself with movement and stillness, allow compassion to flourish for a little snatch of time everyday.
Here is list of items that will be used at some point during the 30 days.
A chair
A blanket
Pillows if desired
A beach towel or thin blanket for folding
An eye cover (if desired)
2 bags of rice, popcorn, or beans (for placing on the body on day 2 to experience breath)
Two yoga blocks (or reusable water bottles to be used like blocks)
A strap or a belt
Allow the sound of my voice to guide you. If at any time you need to check the video, you can look at what is happening.

I like the idea of learning from the beginning and adding on each session. This is very doable for someone like me who has not in very good shape!
