Here are multiple variations of Child’s pose – super relaxing and restorative! Child’s poses is also great for stretching the back, shoulders, hips and top of the feet.
This is a great pose to relieve stress and anxiety, or whenever you simply want deep relaxation!
I’m sharing multiple variations here so find one that works for you! I suggest watching the video all the way through first, and then choose one that works for you.
You can stay in this pose for anywhere from one minute to 10 minutes – whatever feels good for you!
