What’s good people?
Today’s session is dedicated to the last member of the “trunk of the body” as I call it, the hamstrings. This is usually a tight area on most people, especially younger or more active people (athletic or work related). As we do each session, REMEMBER, always breathe at YOUR OWN PACE and move and/or go as far as YOUR BODY TELLS YOU TOO!.. Don’t hurt yourself in a time where you’re trying to be calm trying to be like myself or another person. Use me as an example as to how the posture looks, but be mindful of your own body and how to align it.
