Watching TV has become synonymous with laziness…but no more! Watch TV and get flexible via passive stretching with these three great yoga poses you can do while watching your favorite TV shows.
One benefit of stretching while watching TV is that you’re likely to hold the stretch much longer than you would if doing the yoga pose on your own or in a class.
Try to stay in each of these yoga poses for *at least* 5 minutes on each side so it’s like Yin yoga (a style of yoga in which you hold poses for long amounts of time for a more beneficial stretch).
It’s really critical to have yoga blocks in order to do many of these yoga poses in front of the TV safely.
