It’s a head to toe yoga sequence designed to release stiffness and tension from the body so it’s a great way to relax after work or whenever you’re feeling stiff and achy. It’s a slow and gentle yoga practice with stretches that you can just melt into whilst allowing your body to unwind and relax. It’s also great for any other time of the day, so you could practice this as evening wind down yoga if you don’t feel like having a strenuous workout, or after a strenuous workout.
