  • Wow! I don't know what it was about this practice but I feel so alive and powerful after taking this. Really enjoyed my shavasana. Last year, I got my heart broken and lost my job so I feel I let go of that lingering pain on the mat today – thank you. I have two questions about this practice: 1.) In downward dog and tabletop, I I let a lot of weight go into my wrists. How can I alleviate some of that pressure? 2.) In boat pose, my legs can get higher than my chest. Should I try to stay even?
