I have a question! I am 18 years old and my overall fitness level is very very low! I've just practiced all of these yoga poses (for the first time – for congestion) and I didn't felt better immediately but about 1 or 2 hours later I started to feel something when I breath and I coughed up a little white phlegm and I was scared and felt heat in my forehead but I feel a little bit better with my breathing but I still feel "the need" to cough up something (it is now 1/2 hour since this) and I am still scared. Is that thanks to these yoga poses or is something else? Effects of yoga may not appear immediately but 1 or 2 hours later??????????
