This practice is full of poses to stretch and open up the chest area, from supported fish to camel (ustrasana), to dancer (natarajasana) to upward bow, or wheel (urdhva dhanurasana) pose.
Kimberly is an RYS200 certified yoga teacher. She also received a 500hr training certificate through Tejas Yoga Chicago, where she studied primarily under Jim Bennitt, James Tennant, as well as Gabriel Halpburn and others.
